หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Lead brainstorming sessions and ensure the "why" behind every idea is strong and clear
• Manage and inspire the Production team to deliver outstanding event services
• Develop production strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and creativity
• Build relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and onboard new partners to enhance our capabilities
• Handle every stage of event production from planning to execution
• Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Allocate resources effectively and manage production budgets to maintain profitability
• Identify risks, comply with safety regulations, and create contingency plans
• Report progress and challenges to senior management and collaborate with other departments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in event production experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding with production tools, budgeting, and vendor management
• Proven expertise in event technologies and structural design is a big plus
• Inspire and guide your team to success as a Leader
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Be accountable, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional events
